Basic tasks
- Co-creating and updating of materials supporting service processes (response templates, chatbot scripts, testing)
- Helping in the author’s platform development completing the necessary documentation
- Cooperation with programmers in the field of chatbot integration
- Analysing the business client’s needs based on the interview and source data,
- Preparing thematic blog posts, organizing workshops and trainings (including presentation sessions for clients)
- Developing clients’ portfolio by creating presentations about the possibilities of the tool
If you
- Have a light pen – you move perfectly in the meanders of Polish spelling and syntax, and playing with words makes you happy
- Feel at ease in contact with the client, eg during a presentation
- Like to come out with the initiative and you are not afraid to present the content you have prepared (trainings, workshops, presentations for clients)
- Have a motivation to learn and you are interested in technological novelties
- Know English at the minimum level B2.
- Know the DialogFlow and Chatfuel platform, ManyChat (welcome)
- Have experience in designing and implementing chatbots in the telephone hotline, on Messengerze or voice assistants (welcome)
