Business Development Manager acquires new corporate clients from the B2B sector (various industries) for business services and achieves sales targets. The main duties of this person will be:
- Prospecting
- Qualifying customers
- Filling the sales funnel with leads
- Implementation of the sales process (shifting customers in the sales funnel) from a prospect, qualified lead through an opportunity to customer acquisition (inbound sales / outbound sales, CustomerCentric Selling, Value Selling and Solution Selling methodologies)
- Social selling (using tools such as LinkedIn in the sales process)
- Warm/cold calling and emailing Implementation of tasks using CRM software (we use HubSpot CRM / Sales / Marketing)
- Cooperation with the internal team, clients and partners
- Other activities leading to the closing of the sale
Basic Requirements
- 3 years of experience working with large organizations, preferably with developed Customer Service departments
- Understanding of the sales and purchasing process in the IT industry
- Experience in B2B sales
- Record track (history of completed sales)
- The ability to deeply analyze the needs and create proposals for the client ingenuity while presenting a demo for the customer
- The ability to understand the client’s situation and adjust it to a solution that is better than the current situation
